Fluidized Bed Dryer

A fluidized Bed Dryer is used for a variety of applications, including solids separation, fluid catalytic cracking, fluidized bed combustion, heat or mass transfer, and interface modification, such as applying a coating on solid objects. The air is transported through a bed of particulate material carrying fuel in this heat exchanger. Apart from this, Fluidized Bed Dryer has low investment and fewer maintenance costs too. For heat exchange, a steam-water natural circulation system is supplied, and the heat exchanger is housed in a water-wall type design.
