Industrial Disperser

The Twin Shaft Disperser is used to make materials with a high viscosity, such as sealants, polyester putties, and coatings. The machine is made out of a central shaft with a butterfly blade that propels the material around the vessels and mixes it. In short intervals, a second variable speed shaft with an impeller blade functions. The Twin Shaft Disperser is also built to work under vacuum, and there is a heating system for the vessels. In the process sector, homogeneous dispersion of solid particles in a liquid is often required for a variety of purposes.
