Our Plough Shear Mixer is fully capable of mixing granular, powdery, short fibered dry materials, liquids with dry materials and low viscosity paste & liquid. Filling range of the mixing drum is between 30% to 70%. Rotation speed of the motor attached to this drum can be regulated as per material requirement and after reaching an ideal speed, the shovels with a plough shape, achieves a whirring movement of product in a three dimensional way. Mixed material is lifted from the wall of machine owing to the adjusted angle rotation movement of the mixing shovel. Also, particles of the mixed products do not squash in between the drum wall and the back of shovels.
